Connecting Your Android Device to the Skidmore Secure Wireless Network

You’ve arrived on campus, and now you’d like to connect to the Skidmore Secure network.
Accessing Your Phone's Wi-Fi Settings
First, start by swiping down from the top of your screen to reveal the settings shortcut menu:
From the settings shortcut menu, press the gear icon to access the full settings screen:
In settings, press the Wi-Fi icon to access the page specific to Wi-Fi settings:
Here, you will see a list of available wireless networks. Press the Skidmore Secure network to begin the authentication process:
Make sure your settings correspond to those pictured below:
On this page, enter your username for both the identity and anonymous identity:
Press connect! If this doesn’t go through, scroll down and click “Show Advanced Settings” and make sure these correspond to the following image:
That’s it! Press connect, and you’re all set. If you have any issues, please check that you’ve correctly entered your username and password, and then contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance!
